Marsenia is a Microbiologist.  With more than 10 years of experience, she has established her career providing scientific expertise and problem solving solutions for both industry and government entities.  Marsenia is passionate about mentoring and empowering women to believe in and follow their dreams. She founded and created The Nerdy CEO, a platform to educate and encourage women to pursue and follow their dreams and ensuring that they have the support, resources, self-confidence, and conviction to achieve their goals.

Marsenia also serves as a business mentor who specializes in working with women who want to live, work, and earn on their own terms.  She inspires and motivates newbie entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the entrepreneurial leap and ensuring that they have the proper resources to accomplish their goals and set them up for success.  Her greatest aspiration is to share advice, tips, and lessons she has learned along the way in order to start helping her “nerdy CEOs” live their dreams. In the spare time that she has, she fills her schedule with spending time with her husband and daughter, relatives and friends, social outings, trying different ethnic foods, traveling, and learning everything there is to know about online businesses
